Casa Aroméa is an independent candle atelier founded in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, by Martin, the person behind the concept and creation of the collection.

A scientist by profession, Martin brings a careful and methodical approach to fragrance development, wick performance and candle quality. Each fragrance has been developed to create a distinctive atmosphere while maintaining a clean, balanced and reliable burn.

Our six fragrances explore two sides of Italy: the citrus, sea air and mineral freshness of Coastal Italy, and the warmer woods, resins and character of Italian Cities.

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches using a paraffin-free rapeseed and coconut wax blend. The collection is available in small and large sizes.

Customers can also create a personalised small candle trio, choosing any three fragrances from across both collections. Each trio is presented in a premium black gift box, making it an ideal gift for birthdays, housewarmings, thank-yous or anyone who enjoys home fragrance.

Refillable large candles

Our large candle vessels are designed to be refilled and enjoyed again.

A dedicated Casa Aroméa refill option is currently being developed, allowing customers to continue using their original vessel while choosing the same fragrance or discovering a new one.

Every Casa Aroméa candle is hand-poured in Hitchin, UK. We sell online throughout the UK and also take part in selected local markets and community events.

All profits from Casa Aroméa candle sales support Martin’s 2027 charity trek, raising funds for two charities working in Africa.
